To my fellow vinyl enthusiasts
I’m thinking of ripping music from my vinyls in my collection. I want to be able to convert my albums into 320kbps mp3’s or FLAC files to upload on mediafire or megaupload, so I can share with all of you. Can anyone recommend me any good-yet-affordable equipment (turntables, cables etc.)? Anyone have any experience with ripping from vinyl?

Check out this eBay seller’s collection of rare industrial/noise vinyls for bid.
Really cool stuff. Personally I think he’s insane for putting up his amazing collection for auction. Several days ago he had another series of auctions for vinyls of the bands I mentioned in my previous post, but they’ve all ended now. I wonder if he still has more he has yet to put up for auction.
That awkward moment when I look at vinyls on eBay and then come across a seller who's selling SPK, Severed Heads, Cabaret Voltaire, NON, Zoviet France, Controlled Bleeding, Sleep Chamber, Current 93, Z'ev and Negativland vinyls from his collection but I'm too poor at the moment.
